Lost or Stolen Cards

If you think your card has been lost or stolen, you should notify us straightaway by telephoning
1 800 555 743 from within the Republic of Ireland, otherwise call us on +44 1268 50 80 27.

How to make a complaint

We always aim to provide the highest standard of service on your Tesco Clubcard Credit Card however in the event that you have a complaint, please write to us in the first instance at Tesco Credit Card, Complaints, Po Box 7520, Dublin 2. You can also contact the Financial Services Ombudsman:
