Due to Government guidance, I haven’t been able to use my Clubcard Rewards token before the expiry date, what do I do?

Clubcard Rewards tokens will now be valid for 12 months from the original order date, instead of 6 months.

How long will it take for my Clubcard Rewards Token(s) to arrive?

Rewards orders sent by email will be sent to your registered email address within 2 hours of receiving your order, unless otherwise stated. This email will come from Tesco Clubcard and can sometimes land in your junk/spam folder, so please check there too. What happens to the change from Clubcard Rewards?

Any change from your Deal will be credited back to your Clubcard Account and included in your next Clubcard Statement.

If I don’t have enough Clubcard Vouchers for the Deal I want to order can I use cash or a cheque to top up my vouchers?

No, payment can only be taken in Clubcard Vouchers. However, you can top up your Rewards Tokens in cash with the supplier.

How long are my Clubcard Rewards Tokens valid for?

Your Rewards Tokens are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued.

Do I need to state when I want to use my Rewards Tokens?

No – your Rewards Tokens can be used whenever you like as long as they are still valid at the time.

Can I use someone else's Clubcard Vouchers?

Only orders with your name printed on the Clubcard Vouchers will be accepted for a booking.
